The Steam generation is widespread and primarily in the industrial sector. That is why the application of steam in the industry requires the adoption of strict security measures.

The Steam generators are equipped of origin with all regulatory safety elements required by current regulations. It incorporates an electrical panel equipped with a PLC, providing basic information about the real state of the steam boiler functions.

Upon request, we can install high performance PLCs, with appropriate communication cards, in the steam boilers, which can be integrated into existing distributed control, indicating the status of the steam boiler (level, flow, fault, performance, etc.) in real time.

Steam boilers can be supplied with all the necessary accessories to meet safety standards, with indirect monitoring every 24 to 72 hours, depending on TRD-602/TRD-604 and EN 12953-6: 2002, for widespread application in some European countries.

Fuel savings

The addition of heat recovery from the water/gas or air/gas before the exhausting of the fumes, allows an overall efficiency between 93% and 98%.

Burning equipments

The steam generators can be equipped with suitable burners for combustion of natural gas, propane burners, fuel oil, diesel or combination in between, as well as special equipment for burning poor solvents and gases. After the start-up of the steam generator pollutant particles emissions are checked extending the corresponding protocol and verifying compliance with the guidelines with respect to environment

Installation and start-up

All steam boilers are delivered and fitted, with all its accessories on a supporting chassis made of girders, ready start-up after steam, water, combustible lines and electrical connection.
